We invite the children to create or participate in a range of fast and slow moving games, many of which involve strategic thought. The ropes, climbing, and balancing challenges help develop your child’s coordination, strength and agility.
Children soon feel confident to create their own games for the development of their physical prowess. In recent sessions they have created games using skipping ropes, stepping stones, slingshots, pullies and swings.
Review and Reflection
We invite the children to reflect on their physical experience and share it with the group if they choose.
In a non competitive environment, children discover similarities and differences in their experiences thus fostering tolerance and remove and acceptance of one another and deeper learning of their physical ability and that of others.
